ABPhysCode Terms of Use

By accessing or using ABPhysCode, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service scope

ABPhysCode is an AI-assisted billing decision support tool for physicians and authorized billing staff. It is not a claim submission system and does not provide adjudication decisions.

2. No legal, accounting, or professional advice

ABPhysCode provides informational support only and does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or professional billing advice.

3. Physician and user responsibility

Final coding, billing, and claim submission decisions remain solely with the physician and/or authorized billing professional. Users are responsible for verifying recommendations against current official references and their own documentation.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

ABPhysCode does not guarantee claim acceptance, reimbursement amounts, audit outcomes, coding completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

6. Accounts, subscriptions, and billing

Certain features require an account and paid subscription. Trial and billing terms are presented at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing plan terms before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

ABPhysCode software, branding, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Official schedules, coding references, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, safety, compliance, or product updates.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABPhysCode is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABPhysCode and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or professional opportunity arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABPhysCode and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or professional obligations.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
