ABPhysCode is designed for de-identified billing support. Do not enter patient identifiers (for example: full name, PHN, full date of birth, address, phone number, email, or other direct identifiers) in AI text fields.
We use third-party providers for infrastructure functions such as authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, and error monitoring. Those providers process information under their own terms and controls.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, support, compliance, billing, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this service context, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
